V’s Restaurant + Bar in Malibu is an absolute gem along the Pacific Coast Highway, and our recent visit with family and friends left us completely impressed and eager to return. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was perfect—hip yet welcoming, with that signature Malibu charm blending sound of ocean waves, warm lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels both upscale and relaxed. The menu draws beautifully from Californian, Mediterranean, and Italian influences, delivering fresh, high-quality dishes that shine in flavor and presentation. The food and cocktails were spectacular and we cleaned our plates, gushing over and over again how this is our new favorite spot along Pacific Highway! Absolutely amazing food and service. Atmosphere is great, came after a day in the field and was treated great even though just wearing a T-shirt and pants. The filet is absolutely amazing. One of the best steaks I've had in my life. The sides that come with the filet (green beans, mushrooms, and potatoes) compliment it perfectly. Order it rare and you can cut it with a butter knife. Can't recommend enough!!!

The launch was fantastic! The attention to detail was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’d definitely recommend trying the calamari.

Our unplanned stop at V’s was a very positive experience! Just went in for a drink and the host happily got us seated in the quaint bar area! Wine selection is outstanding as were the craft cocktails. Very friendly bar staff added to our experience! Will make it a destination stop next time we are in the area!
