Impersonal, unprofessional and lacking in knowledge of IRA contributions. For a tax preparation company they fell far short of properly executing personal taxes and a small business. The gross error was found this season and cost me over $6,000 in income, plus interest.

Seems to think it’s ok to send all of your employees W2s in one envelope, and not to mention, they sent to wrong address.. An it isn’t like we’re new clients.
