Sierra Ranch Chili

Had a delicious lunch at the Silver Lake Mall today at an awesome local family owned spot called Sierra Ranch Chili . They have a delicious all meat award winning chili they serve that is incredible. Instarted with a large bowl of chili, and I also had a chili brisket link which is an incredibly flavorful beef brisket dog smothered in the chili. I absolutely love that local malls have been featuring more small businesses like this. If you are in the area and want a delicious chili made by an amazing family stop into Sierra Ranch Chili at the silver lake mall.

I love authentic, No-Bean Chili, especially over a Dog. Sierra Ranch delivered the goods in spades. Their Chili is perfectly flavored and having no beans is a small chop recipe just perfect for a Chili Purist to appreciate like it should be. Best I've had by far in the Coeur d'Alene / Spokane region. The "Dog" I was served was not a dog at all. It was a phenomenal, locally sourced Brisket Sausage, and man it was great. The perfect base to pair with the Chili. Incredibly courteous service and a genuine interest in making sure all my needs and expectations were met and even surpassed. Don't wait until you "happen" to be in the Mall to try Sierra Ranch Chili. Make it a destination. It is fully worth it.

Best chili and queso especially if you don’t like chili you have to try this. I wont say how many times a week i get queso fries…..

I adore this place! The chili is phenomenal and fulfilling. And the empanadas are delicious. Everything is amazing quality! I would definitely make a trip to the mall to try it!

Food was awsome. Service was also great. I had the brisket link and it was so freaking good. Definitely will be back. Keep up the great work. Nice to see a good spot for food again in the silverlake mall.
