Woody, yum!! Stopped by for a quick lunch between clients, wasn't planning on eating here but was lured in by the 10.99 Salmon bowl special. Sticky rice topped with chowder, scallions, pineapple, and a smoked salmon fillet covered in bernaise. So so yummy, I loved the pineapple and lime juice contrast with the smokiness of fish and creaminess of the rice and sauce. The owner was so friendly. Everything is gluten free unless you add crackers, nice to know. Walk up cart in the Prarie food cart park, indoor seating and bathrooms in the main area. Ample parking. Perfect, cozy meal for a dreary January day.

Mr Woody knows what's up. The salmon rice bowl is phenomenal and the pineapple brings it all together for a great lunch. I strongly recommend this food trailer for anyone to tryout. He is a cool guy that knows how to smoke fish and chicken.

I’d never had anything with Béarnaise sauce before and I was genuinely surprised, it adds the perfect balance to the dish and it’s very well made. I ordered a small rice bowl with their buy one get one specials on Tuesday and this will definitely feed me for the next few days, very filling, very good, and affordable prices. I will be back and definitely trying other things on their menu.

Delicious food, served fast, at a fair price. I was born and raised in Alaska, where we smoked and canned red salmon fresh from the Kenai. This is the best I’ve had since then. I ordered the rice bowl. Every element of the dish was flavorful, and executed properly. I actually had to take a business call for about 20 minutes before I could eat. The food was still warm, the sauce didn’t break, and I felt great after eating it. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone and coming back regularly. Please keep this man in business, we need food like this in our community.

YUMMY!!! I came and got the salmon chowder and it was amazing. The absolute perfect soul warming soup for a cold day. Plus chatting with woody is worth the trip alone. Love this place and will be a regular!
