Madeline's Play Cafe

Did a backdrop for a 1st Birthday event today and was in love with the space. It has a selection of kids activities like carousel and slides. The staff here were so polite and attentive. The space was very clean and It’s a great spot for an event or to pop in for an hour. Highly recommend

I would prefer leaving no Stars but it's not an option. I am an elderly woman who went with a three-year-old grandchild three times with reservations to this indoor play area .all three times it was closed. All three times the reservation was confirmed by a person who is telephoned at the site. I only have to assume that this business is a hobby of some rich person who is not making any income from it because the way it functions is an impossibility for a successful business. The saddest part is having excited joyous children disappointed and then being in Glen Cove where there are no alternatives. Shame on you. Perhaps this business model is acceptable in the place that you are from

I discovered Madeline's Play Cafe last summer and we've been coming ever since! My kids love the rock climbing, carousel, ball pit, and imaginative play areas. I wasn't sure if my 8 year old would find it too babyish, but the coloring station and cozy book nook area up front are her go-to spots every time. It's clean, well designed, and perfect for all ages. Be sure to order a cup of cappuccino while you're there. Highly recommend!

From the moment you step into this place, you’re greeted with an atmosphere that sparkles, both literally and figuratively! The cleanliness here is impeccable, creating a warm and inviting environment that instantly puts you at ease. The staff? Absolutely phenomenal! Their friendly, genuine smiles and enthusiasm make every visit a delight. But let’s talk about the real star of the show: the owner. She is nothing short of extraordinary! Her passion for making every customer feel valued is evident in every interaction. She goes above and beyond, always striving to do the right thing and ensure everyone leaves with a smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer happiness, and it truly sets this place apart.

Horrendous experience! I booked a play session the day before for today at 3:30pm. I drove an hour and 30 min round trip for this. Both google maps and their own website reflect Monday hours. I arrive with a newborn (!!), a one year old and a two year old in the freezing cold to find a locked door. I call while standing outside with the babies just to be told that there are no Monday open play hours as if it were common sense and she “doesn’t know what happened”. Looking at prior reviews now, I see MANY complaints with this happening to others, some as old as 7 months ago. So in 7 months you haven’t managed to fix this major issue? This reflects a serious issue with the owners clearly not valuing their customers time and effort. I will never try coming here again and will warn all my frien
