Josies Pizza Bar

Josie's is a Sicilian style pizzeria. We went on a cool, rainy evening and were the only ones there. The interiors were very clean and modern. Loved all the pictures on the walls, very nice touch. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly. They have a good selection of pizza and pasta. We ended up ordering the vodka sauce pizza. It is a 12 inch pizza for $22 and can easily be shared by 2 or even 1 if you are really hungry. Loved the taste of the vodka sauce and the chewy pizza base. This pizza was done right

I am so thrilled that I found this fresh brick-oven pizza spot in the area!!! My son rates the pizza the BEST in the nation! He says:”Mama, I would like to say it is the best in the world! Then there is Roma’s pizza🤣🤣🤣. But seriously, the cheese texture and flavor is substantial! The crust is so crunchy! The dough is perfectly thin that holds all ingredients very well. I don’t usually like basil but Josie’s gives a very subtle kick. I don’t mind it at all. The only thing I would say is less than perfect is the cheese distribution. Hands down the best pizza in NY. The flavors are amazing, the dough is perfect and it's artisan and super flavorful. You can eat the whole pie without being too full. I'm a huge fan.

Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The quality of the ingredients is clear from the first bite, and it’s easy to tell that the pizza is made with a rare passion and attention to detail. The cannoli is excellent as well. Well worth several visits.

Good neopolitan pizza in a cool atmosphere. Got the margarita and the honey bomb. Both cooked perfectly, nice char, great crust.
