I had the Bliss Bowl and the Green Paradise smoothie and both were so good! Everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. I sat outside which was really nice, and the owners couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Such a great spot in Glen Cove...I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

The food was excellent, extremely fresh, many healthy options including warm bowls, and drinks. Hardest part is choosing, so many great options! Very friendly service by the owner! 100% recommend!

The staff is warm and welcoming, and the wholesome, clean atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for a feel-good meal. Got the Latin nourishment bowl with the brisket which was 10/10 🔥 I ordered an iced lavender matcha and my bf got the banana twist smoothie; Everything was so good!! Will definitely come back

Just discovered this little gem! it’s the cutest place in Glen cove! beautifully decorated and comfy spot for a healthy meal! I had a bowl and the mongo Orange juice sooo good. they even gave me a carrot ginger shot to try!! Def will come again!
