We recently had the extreme pleasure of having dinner at Maddy Rose in New Hope, PA. Knowing the restaurant recently reopened after being closed for many years under prior ownership, we truly felt like you started from scratch — and what an incredible job you’ve done. The building is beautifully restored. The mix of colors, textures, and styles creates a space that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. From the ceiling hardwoods to the stunning and very unique bar top, every detail feels intentional. We absolutely love the space. As I mentioned, we had visited twice before just for cocktails, and the bar service is wonderful. The selection is extensive, and the creativity behind the cocktails is outstanding. We went last night for dinner for my bday celebration. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant were impressive. The views of the water and bridge are great. The food was good but I was hoping for more steak options. Overall we enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back in the spring when the deck is open.

Stopped in after work for a drink and immediately loved the vibe. The location right by the water is unbeatable. Can’t wait to come back for dinner!

My boyfriend and I went last night for Valentine’s Day and everything was perfect! We sat at the bar and the service and drinks were spot on. I highly recommend

Thanks to Jeff and Maddy for hosting at the bar this evening. A down to the studs renovation of the previous space brings Maddy Rose, an enchanting take on the modern world offering idyllic views of the Delaware river. Only enjoyed cocktails during this visit, but will be back to review the cuisine. Service and decor go above and beyond.
