Macaron Café

Terrible experience! Walked in at 6:20pm. Theses two were less than welcoming, they didn’t greet us or acknowledge us. When we were looking at the flavors they continued to ignore us. I understand it’s New York but I’m not supposed to help myself right? Customer service, or some kind of acknowledgement would go along way, my husband and I went down the road instead. The establishment lost money. Hire different people or train the ones you have to at least “pretend” to care.

Very good and fresh chicken salad, super tasty macaroons but very dirty tables and sofas, unpleasant and unfriendly staff. Such a shame as the ambience and the quality of the food is great!

The macaroons here are really delicious. If you want a chewy and creamy macaron, I recommend it.

My husband & I looked up good macaroons in NYC and this place popped up. In comparison to other macaroons I've had, although these were pretty, they tasted awful! We felt we wasted our money and the service was poor as well. The cashiers were more interested in socializing than assisting their customers. We will not recommend or ever return to this bakery for our macaroon cravings.

This has limited and awkwardly spaced seating. The coffee was okay, but the macarons were lackluster especially considering how expensive they are. They are horribly overstuffed and overall just mediocre considering the price. Staff seemed like they did not want to be there and didn't care to let it show.
