Luma Coffee

I try to go to this coffee shop every time I'm in Hammond, and it never disappoints! Today, I got one of the specials - The Naughty. It was the best latte I've ever had! Service was great too!

The pumpkin brulee latte I got was phenomenal! I also ordered a chicken salad panini that was decent but the Caesar salad that came with it had a delicious, homemade dressing!

As soon as you walk in you feel the great vibes as you search for a seat and realize they are all great. When ordering you will encounter the kindest most helpful staff who will literally help you order if your someone like me who only gets frapuchinos from Starbucks. However, Starbucks does not provide the atmosphere and comfortability that Luma coffee does especially if you get a seat in the corner of the second floor, I will definitely recommend.

Local coffee shop who roast their own beans, can’t say enough about this awesome late night coffee spot, it’s in a historic drugstore which makes it even more special. Was passing through and was glad to see a coffee shop open past 5 pm !! Not only open but happy to serve and busy , at least 15-20 ppl there with 20 minutes left till closing. The staff was cordial and welcoming. Lots of seating available and even a loft area. Interesting and rotating menu options. There is also a full food menu. I got the 1986, it had a unique flavor profile, not your typical milk based coffee drink. All that was left of pastries for the day was a blueberry muffin, that they outsource from a local bakery daily, it was so moist and delicious!! Will definitely be back if ever in the area! Great work guys

Luma is forever my favorite coffee shop. I have since moved out of state and look forward to Luma every time I visit home. What I love about Luma — besides their wonderful seasonal drink menu, atmosphere, and delicious cinnamon roll toast — is that they are CONSISTENT! Their curated drinks always taste the same no matter who makes it. I know that I am going to get a coffee drink that tastes the same as the last time I visited — no sweeter, less sweet, more bitter, etc. Nope. Perfectly consistent every single time, which is all I could ask for from a coffee shop.
