Luigi's | Italian Restaurant

We discovered this place while visiting from Vancouver Washington. Yes, we were in beef country but after a couple days here in town, Italian sounded good. This place was amazing. We were greeted by a friendly staff and seated right away. The food was fantastic. We all tried different dishes from fettuccine alfredo, lasagna, pizza, chicken parmesan, and salad. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted awesome. This place is a gem and we can't wait to return.

We ordered take-away from this restaurant as we were travelling through North Platte. We ordered the following dishes: Veal Piccata, Veal Marsala, Chicken Cacciatore, Tutto delmare, and Tiramisù. The food was overall good, but the pasta was definitely overcooked, and unfortunately, as an Italian, this is an important aspect I consiser whenever I eat pasta at an Italian restaurant. The sauce in the pasta was tasty and well-made, though! I also appreciated the dessert, which was very tasty but didn't really taste like a tiramisù. All in all, I would reccommend this place but I think it is better to dine in rather than ordering take-away like we did.

I was pleasantly surprised! The food was awesome. The wait staff was awesome. Will be back!

Wonderful service, best pasta dishes we have had in a long time at good price points. This is a must stop restaurant if you are in North Platte!

Coming from Denver wasn’t sure what to expect as I was just driving through, everything was so good and my server was so amazing. I don’t usually leave reviews, but Cadien was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. So friendly and inquisitive. I watched him interact with the younger staff so politely. He was really informative and nice I can’t say it enough about awesome he was,especially listening to how he talked to everyone. I’m definitely it that patient. 5 stars for sure. Food was great on top of the service.
