El Mojito

absolutely delicious food!!! for those who have never had cuban food previously, know that the food is extremely favorful • it is not spicy hot. we went today for our anniversary. platanoes rellenos - plaintain cups filled with shrimp creole,and 2 others stuffed with ropa vieja!!! omg so good! pescado frito - whole fried red snapper served with white rice, black beans and salad - so delicious! we ended it with a cafecito cubano. javier our waiter was very pleasant, professional and informative. the cook is phenomenal! (they have weekday lunch specials) north platte and beyond • you will eat well if you come here and you would be supporting a local family business.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇨🇺🇨🇺🇨🇺 went yesterday for a birthday dinner and it was outstanding! we really enjoy this restaurant!

What a fabulous gem in North Platte. The food was absolutely marvelous and made my palette jump for joy. The service was top notch as well. I had the surf and turf and the taste was excellent.

So glad I went here for lunch today with my friend. If you want to support a locally owned restaurant and keep interesting, delicious food options in North Platte, I highly recommend you check them out - and often! The vibe is on-point and inviting. The food was yummy and flavorful. Unfortunately, we were the only party at the time but the server was welcoming and attentive. I plan on having a get-together there soon with friends for cocktails and food. Go check it out!

First time at El Mojito and it was an amazing experience! The drinks and food were fantastic, the owner was incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Definitely coming back!

This place is a TREASURE that must be protected. I can't emphasize enough how lucky North Platte is to have such a unique spot that serves interesting food with an atmosphere you only find in a big city. It's so nice to have a place to go out that isn't a sports bar or franchise. Huge props to the owners for paying attention to the smallest of details. Well done! The food was excellent, the mojito was the best I've ever had, and the vibe was unbelievable. They also had a nice kid's menu (we got fries and hot dogs), which was an unexpected bonus! I can't wait to go back.
