Always great service from Love's. From the office staff to the technicians, all very nice and helpful people. We just had them out at Cheers Cafe to check out our walk in cooler and they have fixed our ice machine in the past. They always get it fixed properly no matter what. Thanks again!

I had a Electro Frreze unit for over 35 years that has given me great service and pumped a lot of ice cream. I decided because of the age to buy a new machine. After all the years with the 35 year old machine I was not even going to look at another brand. I called Love's Thermal and Ryan was very polite and professional on the phone and I ended up buying a new machine. Rick and Jeff came out and delivered the new machine and went over everything on the new machine with my staff. I knew at that point we made the right decision. Excellent company to deal with. Bought a new machine from them and the owner himself came out and set up our machine and spent over 4 hours setting it up and explaining in detail how to operate it. Highly recommend this company. I would give 10 stars if possible.
