Unassuming spot in a little strip mall but the food was amazing! Everything tasted fresh and high quality. So many healthy options and everything was flavorful and satisfying. You know sometimes you get a salad or a bowl with a bunch of plain, raw ingredients thrown in together- this was not that! We got the Thai mango salad with tuna and the costa vida with vegan buffalo chicken and loved both. Perfect for lunch after a morning trail run.

Clean, bright, cheery location with helpful staff, outstanding organic fresh menu with a plethora of options and large portions. The seasonings and selection of dressings is extremely flavorful. Great prices for high quality and nutrient dense food. Nice music selection playing and not too loud so you can sit and enjoy your conversation. Love how you can eat inside or out or take it to go. Bathrooms are spotless as well. I’m super picky and I found this place incredibly accommodating and a delightful dining experience all around.

Amazing bowels. Reasonable prices considering the quantity of food (especially if you get the rice and beans). Sweet plantains are an absolute must. Best dressing is the cilantro venigerette imo. Only wish they gave a little more dressing. Small charge for extra

If you’re looking for a healthy restaurant, look no further than Lota Veco! Located in E. Northport, there’s plenty of parking in the lot. It’s situated in a strip mall. Inside, the restaurant is so clean. I love the decor. This is primarily a take out spot but I sat inside. They have almost endless healthy options and vegan options too! This is a great place to come if you’re watching your weight but still want an enjoyable meal. The prices are on the higher side but the quality is also high. I didn’t mind spending a little extra for a better product. The service was super friendly. If you want to eat inside, order at the counter and an employee working behind the counter will bring the order to your table when it’s ready. The food was soooooo fresh! I was beyond impressed with this
