Customer Reviews
I have been going to this place for years. Last year I had myself convinced it was somewhere else and could not find it.. I was sad. This year I used Google maps!!!@ yippie I found it and I was glad. I stop here when I can and I can't really rate any of the food besides clam cakes. Cuz that's what I get every time. They are so crispy and chuck full of clams....I can only really explain how good these are by relating an event today. I was driving and eating and the slightest morsel dropped on the floor and I was sad again but the next bite made me happy again. If you don't stop here when you go by or even go out of your way to go here you clearly don't like clam cakes.....I assume the other food is good too... Love Robijuankanobi.
Went for an off-the-cuff summer outing. We enjoyed sitting out on the picnic tables that were comfortably in the shade. There was an air conditioned eat-in dining room and also a screened outdoor eating area that looked nice. The meal was good, except the batter was very flavorless. Not a bit of salt or pepper or anything in the batter. It was fried well, but so very bland. I've never had fried seafood or onion rings done this way! The French fries were pretty great on the other hand.
Clams cooked great, fries and onion rings top shelf, fish n chips, fish needed a batter not powdered and fried, but that’s individual taste. So clam dinner, fish n chips order fries order onion rings $72 plus tip so $83 food good but fish not what my wife prefers. Still good though.
Generous portion of clam strips in the “side order” size. Very fresh and crispy, not greasy or over cooked at all. The staff was very friendly and my order came out super fast! Glad I stopped in on a whim!
Ordered the Haddock dinner, Service was quick. The fish was very good even though breading was a little bland. The fries were excellent. The Cole slaw was basic.
