Los Compadres Mexican Restaurant

Stopped in while traveling. Not busy at all. Ordered and food came quickly. I had the carnitas quesadilla. Large tortilla but only partially filled with filling. Husband ordered a burrito and his salad was covered with sour cream which was not mentioned in the description. Server was MIA after our food arrived had to flag her down to refill drinks. Typical American Mexican food. The music was too loud-very hard to converse.

The food was pretty good. Although, my chicken was dry and stringy. I was disappointed that they did not serve tomatoes with the lettuce like most Mexican restaurants. Also, most restaurants do not charge extra for the guacamole. Although, it was the best that I ever had. I felt that they were charging the same price as other Mexican restaurants, but you got less for your money. Great service, but it was hard to understand our waitress. But, she still did a great job. Great tasting coffee too! Excuse my pic...I almost forgot to take one. I was hungry. Lol

Thursday and Saturday are the best days to go here. It's half off margaritas and the food, ugh you can't complain at all with the food. It's so good. And I'm from Arizona where you get real authentic Mexican cuisine! I'll be a regular here every Thursday and Saturday for sure. You will be missing out if you don't go.

A delightful and tasty authentic Mexican food place. Loved the cocktails. A place perfect to hang out with friends and family and enjoy so e tasty tacos, chimichangas, and chips + salsa. The service was quick and very welcoming. Good parking area and very conveniently located.

Pretty good food. Really good service. Salsa was really good too.
