Los Bellos Portales Latin Restaurant

We went here on a mellow night and they could not possibly have been friendlier. We met the owners’ son who gave us some tips on his faves. Our server and the chef who came out to talk to us were both so friendly and helpful! We had plantains, empanadas, tacos and their fancy mango smoothie.

The vibe was great, workers were friendly, food was delicious. The drinks were all made with real fruits, my boyfriend and I were so surprised! And the portion size for the drinks were great!

Small dining area with big dining experience! My nephew and I enjoyed an appetizer of fried yucca. The coating was so light and crisp and amazingly delicious. Nephew got the chicken quesadilla which were large, filling and delicious he said. I got the Pernil with brown rice and the ripe plantains. I could not finish and look forward to having my leftovers for another meal because of the generous portions. The gentleman who waited on us was very kind and gracious in explaining what different things were. I love the decor and the intimacy of a small dining room. Looking forward to coming here with a friend in the next few weeks.

We came here on a whim because we were craving tacos, but once we saw the menu we actually ordered and split 5 of the starters. From fresh made guac with chips hot from the fryer, to maduros, and the empanadas and arepas, each dish that came out surpassed the one before it. It may be a small place with plastic plates and silverware, but the food is well worth it. I will have to make an excuse to come back to Columbia. Loved all of it! Muchas Gracias!

Finally, a Latin restaurant that is soooo good. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. Is it a little high in price, sure, but let me tell you...it's worth it!
