Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant

Los Arcos is a Mexican restaurant that serves hot food with you getting it normally less than 10 minutes after you order. They will bring you chips and salsa prior to the meal. They have delicious nachos and fajitas.

Today, my friend and I tried Los Arcos for the first time. The customer service was superb, and the waiters were very attentive to our needs. I was excited to try the chicken quesadilla, but the food didn’t hit the mark for me. It appeared as though very little care went into making the quesadilla. The soft tortilla appeared to be lightly pressed, with the toppings simply placed inside. The tomatoes were chopped very large, and the cheese didn’t melt evenly throughout the quesadilla the way I’m used to. On a positive note, the sweet tea was great. The customer service was great, but I don’t see myself returning.

Pros: food was quick, great tasting food Cons: no one greeted us as we walked in and we had to wait to be seated, Sour apple margarita tasted like lime instead

My coworkers and I ordered take out from them and we all got a meal with shrimp in it and you can tell that the shrimp was over cooked, rubbery and it had gone bad(possibly leftovers from the night before and reheated for today’s lunch) After the 2nd shrimp I went knew it was bad. Highly disappointed bc we were really looking forward to having a nice lunch not to mention the fact that we paid a good amount for it… someone could’ve gotten sick

If you're looking for some great Mexican food, this place is where to go. The prices on everything is very favorable, and the staff and friendly and quick to help. The portion sizes are quite large, and that only adds to the great deals you can get here. The selection of dishes ranges in ingredients and spice levels, so there is something for everyone. The only downside is that the Horchata here is low quality. However, everything else, including the drinks are very good. Great place for lunch or dinner.
