Let me start this review by iterating that I've had A LOT of donuts in my life. As far as sweet treats go, they're typically my go-to if I need to satisfy a sweet tooth. I've tried all the national chains, lots of grocery store bakeries, and then good old fashioned mom and pop shops. Longview Donuts is in the latter category, but with a welcomed fresh vibe that makes you feel comfortable and confident with your decision to either dine-in or grab and go. With all of that said, I cannot think of a time in my life where I've EVER had such a perfect Bavarian Crème Chocolate Donut! It was obviously incredibly fresh, but not "hot" like it was out of the oven (which I do not care for - room temp or even slightly chilled makes the best taste IMO). This is soooooo sad. I heard about the donuts and macarons was so pumped to go and try them. I went and got a box of macarons that is 24$ and change. Didn’t even leave the parking lot and they were so old that my sister could not even bite into her salted caramel. And mine tasted like hard card boards that has jam filling that went bad. Went back into the bakery to get my money back and the employee is very rude and disrespectful. Wanted to pick a fight with me. Telling me she didn’t know how to give me my change back and that her manager would tell me the same thing . Very very disappointed. Spread the word that this place is a complete waste of stopping. Macarons are supposed to be light and fresh . Not hard. So disgusting. And get a new employee.

Came end of day. Lots of doughnuts to select. Doughnuts were fresh and tasty. We devoured them before I could take a picture. Cozy atmosphere, great customer service. Ladies were very patient and nice. We ordered mango with green apple jellies and Thai iced tea- defiantly recommend. So yummy. Will definitely be back.

These are the best donuts in town, and the staff are super friendly! Do not listen to the negative reviews. Every time I've come here the donuts have been amazing. Their coffee and bubble tea are also consistently delicious. I recommend this place to anyone!

Went inside for the first time it’s soo cute and cozy! As Love this place great service, drinks and food!
