Long John Silver's

First - go here for the food and the people. The food was as expected from a fast food chain, only complaint was that the food wasn't hot. For the money that was spent, give us fresh hot food. The workers there are amazing and kind - go there just to support them. The biggest issue and crime is that for 4 people, our bill was almost $70 - this is ludicrous for a fast food restaurant, period. Drinks are NOT part of combo meals, and they average around $12 each. I understand that prices are going up, but $70 for 4 meals and one $7 appetizer at a fast food place is robbery.

I can't believe that I had to pay 10 cents for extra tartar sauce. I ordered a 3 piece fish meal and an extra piece of fish, $17.21. I got 4 tartar sauce packets, I guess 1 for each piece of fish. I sat at the drive thru, honked once, and waited 4 minutes for the worker to ask what I needed. I asked for more tartar sauce and she said I had to pay for it. 5 packets of tartar sauce, 54 cents. If LJS needs money that bad, maybe they should just close their doors. I don't think I'll visit them again.

The staff that work here are so friendly. The customer service is honestly probably the best in town. The workers will even offer to help the older folks clean up which is just the sweetest thing ever!!!

This is supposed to be double fries and 3 pieces of meat. One is half the size and mangled and there are barely any fries. Tried to call the store and no one would answer. Paying 20 dollars for half the food you are supposed to get. Check your containers before you leave…

I tried to eat the burnt shrimp I was given at this location 3 pieces and they were. The cook or manager as she says yelled they aren't burnt and that she does have to do anything about it. Now I know this has always been on the shady side here, but to be told she doesn't have to do anything about it. I said leave them on the counter then and let your other customers see how burn these are. And this was my replacement. Yeah I'm not eating any of that. At least they looked better than the first batch. Nope wouldn't trust this place ever again
