Firehouse Subs Lawrenceburg

They had the food right but I had came to pick up my food through the drive through and was waiting at the speaker for 10 mins and no one picked up, pulled up to the window waited another 2 mins and then went inside, no greeting didn’t come to see if we were good not one word was able to get my food but very bad customer service 2/15/26 at 8pm whoever is working during this time was being very lazy! When I went inside to pick up my food there was no one to be seen, but we could hear two girls talking in the back just gossiping.

Absolutely love the food here, we need one in Seymour Indiana. The hook and ladder if the best sandwich around. The staff here was friendly and the place was clean.

Only giving a two because of the food. The employees here tonight are very inappropriate and made the dinning experience awful. The foul language (from cursing to sexual.) Not sure who the manager was tonight but it's not very professional. Wont be back.

It’s a great place to have a quick meal. All the food has been fresh and made to order.

I pot 4 because I went there for 2 sandwiches and I got all the way home I know I didn't check the bag either but it wasn't my responsibility 1st and that's ok but the bag was missing the ach ju sause for the French dip I called up there and Bryson handled it really professionally and took care of it.
