State Line Restaurant

Found this little gem while passing through. So glad we stopped. Everything was top notch. The old school dinner setup is simply amazing. Everyone was polite and sweet as can be. I have a Freddy burger and 2 coneys. Burger was so good! Coneys were very good. The Cincinnati chili was just a tad sweet but still has that classic cincy taste. Prices were extremely affordable. For food to money ratio you won't leave hungry or broke. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great experience. I'm always in love with family and old restaurants; these are places where I get the best meatloaf. They are not disappointed; the food was excellent, and the corn and mac and cheese are great. The customer service was the cherry on top. Great vibe, and it's definitely a must-visit. Everyone was friendly, and cash would be a great option if you consider visiting.

My husband and I recently visited State Line Restaurant for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed. He ordered the Big Freddy burger, while I chose the Mushroom and Swiss burger. Both were fantastic, but I have to say—the Mushroom and Swiss was the best I’ve ever had. Truly delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. From the quality of the food to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be returning for another meal. Highly recommended!

The service was so welcoming and spectacular! We are from Indy and this place is amazing! The food was soo good! I recommend the biscuit it’s homemade and homemade jelly!!

Stayed the weekend at the Hollywood and departing on Sunday we wanted to grab breakfast before we headed home! This was a great choice! The food was amazing and priced reasonable especially for the portions not to mention it was nice to see the staff working as a team. Whether it was clearing the table offering more coffee or carrying a bucket of ice. Great choice definitely recommend and will be back!!
