Long John Silver's | KFC

Food is the food you get at any one of these, but the service is atrocious!!! They forget parts of your orders, if you are passing through on your way while out of town, GO TO HARDEE'S OR SHEETZ. They mess up so so bad all the time that they will not give any refund. Which technically they can not do with out knowledge and approval from the franchise itself. And they offer you a credit for it, which DOES NO GOOD WHEN YOU ARE JIST PASSING THROUGH AND LIVE W HOURD AWAY AND WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS DIRT HOLE. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else...

They took down the one in Culpeper so I made the drive out to Orange County and it was definitely worth it! 🧡 The staff was very kind and the location was kept really clean so shout out to them! Food came out so quick that I had to do a double take when they called my number. Everything was hot and fresh!! 🔥 At a really good price for seafood you can't miss with this long John silvers. And if seafood isn't your thing there is KFC as an option as well 🐔 🔥

The worst Long John Silver’s I’ve ever had, I never take time to leave reviews , but it was that bad. Breading was dripping grease, and extremely dark (like old used grease?) gentleman at drive thru was nice and apologetic that I waited almost 15 minutes to get the food , shouldn’t be allowed to serve food like this inedible

We ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 family pack fish and chicken. The hush puppies were perfect and excellent as always and this is coming from someone who does NOT normally like hush puppies!!! The fish was also perfect and excellent as always. But here is where I draw the line and have a big question mark - What the heck happened to the size of the pieces of chicken???!!! Please see the photos. These pieces of chicken were basically only only a bit larger than some chicken nuggets - a tad bigger than nuggets from Mickey D's! We have gone to this Long John Silver's a few times before and have never received chicken that was this small, lol. So hopefully it was just a one time fluke!! Foods alright, but the attitude that they give in the drive thru is unacceptable. Asked for all legs in a 4 PC meal and they started being very belligerent. And the meal wasn't even correct when I got it. Only 2 pieces in a 4 piece with no side. BEWARE
