Mayhurst Estate

My husband and I spent Valentines Day weekend at Mayhurst, and it was a lovely experience! We stayed in the Lincoln suite, which has its own living area and a reading nook, in addition to the bedroom. We enjoyed reading and talking by the fireplace. You could hear the classical music played in the entryway, which made it feel elegant and felt like we wouldn't be heard as easily. Breakfasts were delicious and served in the elegant dining area. Casey was very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they care very much about hospitality. There was still snow on the ground, so we didn't get to see as much of the property, but the house and grounds are beautiful. The architecture and decor were classic and beautiful. We had an Amazing weekend! Celebrated our wedding anniversary. The Inn was beautiful, really clean, breakfast was delicious, and the owners were amazing. Our experience was so great we already reserved a room for my parents for next month. They even had goats right behind the Inn you could walk to on the property and pet. We might bring the kids here for their spring break.

We had such a wonderful time at Mayhurst Estate. This stunning four-story mansion is filled with incredible original details at every turn. The garland throughout the home is made from magnolia trees right on the property, which made it even more special. The owners, Casey and Jason Cashell, have poured so much care and hard work into preserving this beautiful home. They are incredibly accommodating and truly warm, friendly hosts. We look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I have stayed here twice, first in the cottage and then in the main house. Both spaces are so lovely. Gorgeous while still being cozy and comfortable. Breakfast is always perfect. And on our most recent visit our hosts really went above and beyond and I'm so grateful. We will definitely be back!
