We ate in, the building was freezing cold. But the food was good and the staff was friendly. We had Long John Silver's which was made fresh

The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. There often isn't anyone at the register for several minutes. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, just waiting, after the person at the register walked into the back without acknowledging me after taking multiple other orders. I was the last in line after those people. So I waited at least 10 minutes before even being able to place my order. This visit my order was nearly missed. I heard someone in the back, when asked about my already paid for order, that "We don't have it". I waited over 15 minutes for my Long John Silvers order today. I understand that they cook them to order, but it's usually about 7 minutes. All in all it took over 25 minutes from when I walked in until I got my food. There was no apology or offer to

I drove 40 minutes just to get to this place and service was nasty I ordered two long john silver combos they told me we make fresh to order pulled me up for over 10 minutes all for my food to be pure grease nasty and over cooked wasted my time and money I’m so upset

We went and ordered the fish and chicken meal with 2 sides and hush puppies. Got home and NO fish, no coleslaw, no hush puppies and maybe 6 fries in total. If that wasn't enough... everything was overcooked! Took 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Guess it took so long because they needed to over cook it and not give us all our food! Overall.. disgusting! 13 bucks for garbage.

Thanks for the very generous amount of overcooked fish and "crumbies". I didn't realize requesting fish at 8:17pm was such a bother. I'll make sure to order it earlier in the day to save you the inconvenience.
