Just an average experience, foot long hotdog was very good but the fries were cold and bland.

Charming old school A & W Yes they have the Ole Frosted Mugs if you dine in! ( I asked at the drive thru for a frosted mug but was denied lol) Fun, friendly staff. Plus generous ice cream cones

BOY! If any place deserves 5 stars it is this place. I would give it 6 if I could. This has been my favorite restaurant ever since it has opened and I have never been disappointed by the food. The atmosphere here is absolutely amazing, and the food here actually looks like how it is advertised. If you had a bad time here, it must have been a fluke, have you seen the cheese curds!!?! Edit: if the owner sees this, all I have is one request.. you gotta bring back the chilled mugs. Edit 2: here are some burger pics, and I am so glad the mugs are back!!

I have visited this location twice. Each time the customer service was God awful. First time the staff actually yelled at me and the second the staff just ignored me. Trying to place my order was so awkward because the person taking my order would not look at me or speak back it was like talking to a brick wall. Even when I said thank you then never ever bothered to look up. Both times I visited I had to have the food remade because they got it completely wrong. I suspect management is just treating these people like dirt because they are absolutely miserable at this place.
