The staff at Marysville Library is so helpful! Specifically - "Dawn" - who patiently instructed me numerous times through the use of the scanner. A lot of people take customer service jobs and (in this day and age - post-Covid) - you can tell they don't want to do them. I'm sure many would agree. Contrarily, Dawn is a gracious, informed hostess serving the Marysville public. You can see she has high values. Lucky us! Thank you Dawn. You are exceptional.

They are wonderful people working there.

I love this library. From the moment you walk in the door they are very warm and welcoming. This morning I walked in to get a book that was on hold for the last few days. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Cindy who smiled and was excited to see me. I walked up and she asked me how I was doing had a quick conversation and then got my book had another quick conversation and was out in 3 minutes. The staff strive to be the most welcomeing and friendly branch. This is including the different activities that they do for example once a month they do a family game night.

The staff at the library are always super helpful and accommodating one of my favorite libraries to go to.
