Logan's Roadhouse

My son is on the spectrum and there was going to be a wait at his favorite place so we stopped at Logan’s Roadhouse in the Crossings in Spring Hill. My son threw the biggest fit in not wanting to go into the restaurant. I had to beg him to go into. Once we got in we had waitress named Brenda. She talked to my son and made him laugh. That was huge for us because we rarely get to go to dinner because of his behavior. She was able to connect with him quickly and he completely snapped out of his behavior issues. It was such a blessing for us.Brenda was a HUGE blessing. We can’t say enough good things about Brenda making our night. We had the Cajun & Sausage Pasta, country fried steak and my little man had a hamburger. The food was fresh and tasty. We will be back. Thank you Brenda!

Man, this place has went downhill in a hurry. Came here 6 months ago & it was a ton of food with great service. Today, complete opposite. Waited 10 minutes til anyone took our drink order. The food came out half the amount of food as the 2 visits before. Then my daughter's "cheeseburger" came out with literally a baby patty on a roll that looked like a week old burnt piece of sausage. Even the waitress looked at it like yeh sorry about that. What happened? This place was great! May have ruined us from coming back unfortunately

Hadn't been in a bit and thought to give Logans another try for lunch. The salmon was cooked perfectly, my salad with grilled chicken was fantastic and the dry rub wings app for spot on and the service was great--- Will be back.. thank you!

Although the place was empty when we arrived, the staff really shined. Very attentive, glasses didn't go emptyand that 2nd beer was as ice cold and wonderful as the first. Burgers were cooked the way we love them and the ribs lived up to expectations. It's 19 miles away, so I was hoping for a good experience. The staff made a great experience. I'll go back. Highly recommend!

We came in to an almost empty restaurant at lunch time on a Sunday (should have been our first clue) and was seated by the bar like we were in a cafeteria, very bright and uncomfortable seating!!! Our server was slow and complained about how busy they were the night before. I ordered 2 different drinks that were so watered down and tasted mostly of alcohol. The spinach dip was microwaved and gross and a mess on the tray with over salted chips then we ordered our meals and after a few minutes she came back and said then we’re out of shrimp but wait there’s more ……. Then she came back out a second time and said they were out of ribs which my husband had ordered. That’s when we cashed out and left. We definitely won’t be back.
