I got the quesabirria, rice, and mango juice. Wow! The broth was heavenly and the meat was tender. I think everything could have used just a pinch more salt and it would be outstanding. The mango juice is everything I've ever dreamed of. I work nearby and will definitely be coming by again for a lunch treat soon!

This is the most authentic-mexican food you'll get! When it comes to mexican food i am super picky! Despite that, i took the risk on ordering something i have never ordered... The Al Pastor Torta! I kid you not, it was large enough to feed 2 and i finished it in 4 bites... It was DELICIOUS! Best mexican food in Spring Hill!

Visited this food truck today, and ordered a combo meal. $14.99 for two tacos, rice, beans, and a drink. Everything was delicious, but portion sizes were VERY small for the price (photo shows food immediately upon receipt). The rice and beans did not even fill the tiny compartments in the styrofoam container, and the meat in the tacos was measly (my husband had the same order, and his portions were lacking, too). They are a new operation, so perhaps they are still figuring out cost, portions, and how to make the food last throughout the day. It was tasty, so hopefully practice makes perfect (and bigger portions!)

Best Mexican food in Spring Hill hands down. Their beans are seriously to die for. Owner and his employees are awesome too.
