I get Local Fare every other week and it's great! Fresh fruit and veggies plus homemade bread! Was a life saver during covid, you can order meat, seafood, spices, eggs etc brought to your door. Also various recipes for your order. Very responsible pricing too!

My wife took a nutrition class and then we watched two documentaries on food and health. The first was 'Food, Inc' (from 10 years ago, yikes!!!) and the second was 'What the Health'. Since then we have completely revamped our food intake and stumbled upon Local Fare Farm Bag South in our transition and their delivery service is AWESOME.
