Fish ‘n Chix was so good! Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and super juicy inside. Daughter demolished her drumstick and ate every bite, which tells you everything you need to know. Hubby tried the jalapeño burger special and said it was the bomb. Loaded with flavor and cooked perfectly. The fries were hot and crispy too. But honestly what made it even better was the super kind staff and owners. You can tell they care about the food and the people coming in. Safe to say this is officially our new favorite spot. We will definitely be back.

Hands down the best new place in town! Everything here is cooked to order — nothing sitting under a heat lamp — and it shows in the flavor and freshness. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with tons of flavor. The chicken livers were seasoned to perfection and cooked just right – easily some of the best my husband has ever had. The fish was another standout, lightly breaded, well-seasoned, light, and flaky with every bite. The sides are just as impressive! The house-made coleslaw was excellent, fresh and flavorful. The mashed potatoes with chicken gravy paired perfectly with the livers, and the fries came out hot, golden, and crispy. Mom and pop shop open five months. Food is cooked to order, so fresh and flavorful. The fish is swai which is probably the best frying fish you can get. The chicken was done very well. Not as good as granny used to do but better than most. French fries were standard issue, probably Sysco. Green beans, good flavor, seasoned nicely and not over cooked but may be Glory brand. Now, on to the reason I went in the first place. They have fried gizzards. I'm your standard issue corn fed country boy (fat guy with humor) and I likes me some fried gizzards and hot sauce. So, I ordered the LARGE gizzard dinner. Now again, not like granny did but they were very good. However, when I go to eat gizzards 12 ain't cutting it. Y'all going to have to create another size. 1st great review I have ever left for a restaurant. This food is real! Not “chicken foam with gooey strings running through the middle”. And huge portions! I got chicken tendies which was basically 5 whole chicken breasts. Super crispy and delish!!! Fries were nothing special, but there are a ton of them. Chicken nuggs…REAL CHICKEN! Even my 12yo who preaches McDonald’s and Wendy’s LOVED the nuggs at fish n chix. That speaks volumes. NGL, it’s not a location I would normally order from, but trust, this is delish food! I hope they move more palm coast local, they will be crazy busy. They have all the good sauces, but door dash doesn’t list them. Add them in the “comments” section of each order. This was my first time visiting Fish N Chix in Bunnell, and I was really impressed! I ordered the grilled chicken salad, and it was absolutely delicious — very flavorful and a generous portion, definitely worth it. The restaurant itself was clean, well-kept, and inviting, which made for a great dining experience. A special shoutout to Michelle, who took my order and made sure I had everything I needed while dining in. She was polite, friendly, and attentive — great customer service makes all the difference! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others.
