Liuyishou Hot Pot

Our first time going there, and our experience was consider a big bag lol i’ll have to say the service was really great and the food was very fresh. Everything taste wonderful. I had an amazing experience. We had two different bases and ordered a bunch of different Meat. Overall everything was great. We had an amazing time. Would recommend.

There weren’t many dishes, and the food was served relatively quickly. However, the ordering system was extremely laggy, the meat did not seem very fresh, and I had diarrhea after returning home.

Liu Yi Shou AYCE Hotpot continues to impress me every single time I visit and trust me, I’ve been here more times than I can count. Even though I didn’t get any photos this round (the food distracted me in the best way possible), the experience was unforgettable. And yes, I’ll absolutely be back with my camera ready next time. Their soup bases alone are worth the trip. The Wild Mushroom Soup Base has leveled up in flavour it’s packed with earthy depth and now includes cordyceps and red dates, which not only add to the richness but are also amazing for your health. The Tomato Soup Base is tangy and comforting, while the Braised Duck with Pickled Radish is savory and unique, with a slight tartness that balances the richness of the broth. Came here at 8:30. They were already cleaning up and packing things away. There were other tables. It seems like they haven’t been restocking the hot bar for a long time already. Everything there were either rock hard from being put on the hot table for too long for dry.. I recommend to not come here past 7:45. Kitchen staff are heading out the door at 9:50. Restaurant closes at 11.

I came with a group of my friends and the staff was very friendly and they were great with recommendations. They were quick to bring us what we ordered and were very attentive. Also, the menu is expansive- we were happy with the amount of choices! Our favorite part was the split pot because we were able to try more soup bases! I would recommend if you’re looking for a solid hot pot place :)
