Our stay (two adults traveling without pets or our children) in the apartment at Little Place Guest House was fantastic. Linda was communicative and welcoming. She provided so many personal touches that emphasized her attention to detail and genuine desire for us to feel at home during our visit. Her location was perfect. We were provided off-street parking and, since the property is only a half-mile from the center of town, we didn’t use it until it was time to depart. The property is clean and well-maintained. Our unit was inside the main house and fully modernized with EXCELLENT water pressure in the shower. We also had access to a private outside “rooftop” sitting area. We’d definitely stay here again!

The Little Place Guest House is a perfect HQ for a trip to Burlington. It's a 15 minute walk down to Church St. Market Place area or to the waterfront. The Old North End neighborhood has a variety of nearby restaurants even some a few doors down. Our favorite spots were Saigon Kitchen and having Barrio Bakery just 3 doors down for great coffee and pastries in the morning. The Little Place has everything you need for your stay. It was like having our own apartment that was very nicely updated and furnished. It had a full kitchen with pretty much anything you'd need to cook or make coffee/tea, a patio, nice couch and seating area, a lovely bathroom and shower, and a bedroom with a closet and a dresser. The entire place was very comfortable. We stayed in the unit that faces the street for

I picked this place looking for a good deal, and a more local, personal stay than in a big hotel chain. I stayed for a week in late October. I love autumn and always wanted to experience the ultimate Autumn in New England. Linda was really nice, accommodating, and informative to make the stay the best. Loved the little room: a nice view of the back yard, a fireplace for the crisp autumn mornings, complimentary oj, milk, tea, granola, and coffee. I would definitely recommend making this place where you stay in Burlington. Located right outside the busier city section (of you don't mind walking for a bit, which I didn't mind at all), highways are close by for excursions outside Burlington, quiet neighborhood. A nice grocery store is a block away, and Barrio nearby also serves delicious maple

We have just spent three nights here. I spoke with Linda on the phone when I made the original booking months ago and she was great at keeping in touch. It is easy to find and there was plenty of room to park. The apartment has plenty of space and is well equipped with whatever you might need in the kitchen. Linda leaves tea, coffee, milk, OJ and granola. We had our own little balcony which was lovely. WiFi was good. No TV but that didn’t bother us. Lovely large shower with plenty of hot water and a great gas fire for when it got a bit chilly in the evenings. There is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant a few minutes walk along the street which we went to twice. We drove right out of Burlington one day, but the second day we walked everywhere, going down as far as the Lake Champlain Chocola

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days and it was heaven. Every inch of space here has practical use and is beautifully decorated. We took advantage of the little back patio every day and used the fireplace quite a bit to take the chill out of the mornings and evenings. Our host was very responsive when we had questions and parking was a breeze since the property has a pretty wide driveway that accommodates 3 cars. We literally walked everywhere from here except for when we ventured out of Burlington. It was a delightful stay and if we ever come back to Burlington we'll surely stay here again.
