So disappointing. You wait 25 mins for take out and they serve you old dried up jerk wings! The sauce didn’t help and the flavor. The patties were burnt. Also had hardly no filling. The curry chicken also dry & has no flavor! There’s no way these are Jamaicans cooking! None of this is Jamaican food! Even the plantains were burnt too! This should be called the no flavor kitchen!!! I really wish I could get my money back!

So disappointing, I ordered stew chicken with plantain and rice. It took only 10 minutes to receive my food awesome, the person taking the orders awesome. Now the issues the chicken was cold and hard so the sauce was like gelatin, plantain hard and dry.Second plate was the same cold hard chicken, rice /peas dry, cabbage tasted like black pepper only nothing like I remembered from previous orders

READ BEFORE BUYING ! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. This is what a jerk shrimp pasta looks like. No shrimp in sight. The pasta taste old and mushy. The macaroni here is the worst macaroni you will ever try. It has some type of red spice in and very mushy. Jerk wings are dry and taste old. The coco bread is aldi brand, not made from scratch, so It is not authentic. It isn’t sweet it’s dry and from the grocery store. The rice and peas will have you choking because it’s so dry and bland. Fried chicken isn’t crispy it’s soggy like they’ve been in the fridge. Please do not find here l. Save your money. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPOINTED

I want to preface this with, every time I went here I had nothing but good experience. Food is always great customer service is always good. But I wanted to share a very annoying yet funny interaction. I just got back into town, and got hungry so I stopped by here. I took a look at the menu and I noticed that they had red snapper. So I walk up the counter and ask the young lady, how fresh is your red snapper... I feel like that was a reasonable ask, if you guys are going to charge $25 for the entree, I am going to want to know how fresh it is. But apparently it was a unusual question 😂. The young lady had no idea what I was asking, I eventually said you know what don't worry about it let me just get blah blah. I paid, got my ticket and stepped out. First off i tried them off of uber eats because my usual place was closed so i can speak for in actual in person service. The food was OKAY. But i do want to offer some constructive criticism. For the price i paid for the brown stew chocolate i should’ve gotten more than two pieces of chicken. Also the food is very spicy. Its too spicy and you cannot enjoy the food. I wasted $ buying a whole side of mac and cheese for my toddler because it was too spicy for her to eat. Tone down the spicy and give equal portions and i think they will be good to go
