Little Green Guesthouse

Kelly’s guests usually give a “5 Star” review because of its privacy, cleanliness, “extra touches”, close walking distance to U of I and to downtown, both.

Best place was absolutely adorable. It does not have central air however but it did have an air conditioning fan in there. Also definitely recommended if you're into squirrels, there was one little gal that came up and fed from my hand she likes biscuits and jelly!

I can't recommend the Little Green Guesthouse, and working with Sharon Dunn, NEARLY enough. Can I give more than 5 stars? I have worked closely with Sharon for over 2 years now. We are thrilled to have this charming, beautiful guesthouse in Moscow for our guest lecturers and guest critics coming to the University of Idaho. It's a wonderful way to introduce people to Moscow, and Sharon's help in providing transportation to and from the Moscow-Pullman airport has been invaluable for us. She is great to work with and goes above and beyond any expectations we might have to provide a comfortable and home-like stay for our guests. The guesthouse is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from downtown Moscow and is clean, well-maintained, and frankly, one of the most beautiful, cozy,

Sharon is a wonderful host and I felt very comfortable at the guesthouse. It's extremely cosy, perfect for one or two people. I liked her attention to details like freshly ground organic coffee, a recycling bin, a container for compost. The kitchen is very clean and well stocked with cooking gear, almost like being in your own home. The on-demand water heater is great if you enjoy long showers. The location is very close to downtown, it's a nice walk or bike ride. You'll hear some traffic during the day, but it's very quiet at night. The driveway parking is a nice plus too as it's right next to the back door. I'd gladly stay there again.

This guesthouse was the best rental I have been able to make for family visiting. The owner was absolutely great, she was able to get us set up quickly in a clean and cozy place close to downtown Moscow. The house is private and has a cozy relaxing area next to the house to help relax and take in the Northwest. She was very helpful in letting us know what attractions there were in town and even printed my family hiking destinations within the area. My family loved the town and was made to feel welcome in the town.
