Little Cove Bread

If give six stars if I could. Fantastic fresh breads of the savory and sweet variety. Lots of rotational options and online ordering . I have never been disappointed in a product of theirs. My only complaint is the limited hours... But that just makes the wait all the more worth it.

This bread is the best bread I’ve ever had. Walked in Saturday and was sold out of most. Which attests to how freaking good this bread is. Was greeted kindly by an associate. Explained what was available with kindness and encouragement. The customers were friendly. The vibe is immaculate. Got the best buttery croissant of my life. The sandwich bread was so satisfying. Tried with a medley of pairings. But even just with butter it was fantastic (and honestly my fav). We are here visiting for a week and already sad we can’t order until Thursday. Gonna put a preorder in this time!! Do yourself the favor and get all the breads you can.

I’ll tell you what, these guys know how to make bread. The croissants are amazing and the French sub rolls are crusty with cheese mixed on top. Just be sure you get on their list to order ahead, because they sell out daily. Sorry, I ate three4 of that unbelievably tasty sandwich before I thought to take the picture! You’ll have to get your own.

The best bakery in WNC! Everything is absolutely delicious every time, and picking up a danish, Italian loaf, and/or focaccia is always a weekly highlight. Don’t miss out on the preorder option to get exactly what you want without getting there early, it’s not uncommon for them to sell out. So grateful to have them in Sylva- seriously some of the best baked goods I’ve ever had.

The baker offered to sell me fresh bread rather than that already sitting on the shelf- wow!!! It was really amazing. The sweets I’ve bought are amazing as well. This weekend I considered stopping in - until I saw the line out the door and down the sidewalk! What an incredible business to have in downtown Sylva.
