Outstanding! After extensive research (cake tasting) all over western NC (Cashiers, Higlands etc) Cotton Leigh (Crista) was the obvious choice. We held our son & daughter-in-laws wedding in Lake Toxaway last September. The cake was phenomenal and Christa’s service was fantastic.

As my last stop in downtown Sylva, I picked up some cookies and cupcakes to take home. I like to visit a local bakery anytime I am in a new county on my quest to visit all 100 NC counties. The cookies (chocolate chip and sugar with sprinkles) were decent. A little crumbly but good flavor. The cupcakes though? OMG. I had the carrot cake and my spouse had the red velvet. They were rich and moist even after the three hour drive home (and a little time in the fridge). Highly recommend!

Cotton Leigh Bakery is a gem!!!! Crista is AMAZING!!!! She can make any design you want and if it seems out of your budget DON'T WORRY!!! She will sit and work with you to get your dream wedding cake into your budget. OOOH AND THE BEST PART.... her cake, pies, e.t.c are sooooo yummy! I am extremely picky and it was well with driving 3 hours to check her out for samples. We knew she was our Baker as soon as we met her. She is so professional, personable and worth the booking! I never had to worry about a thing and as soon as I saw the cake set up I started to tear up. It was PERFECT ♡

Amazing Bakery and owners! I have made it my mission to find all baked goods in the vicinity, and Cotton Leigh has truly done well with their selection! Cannolis, Cake Pops, and Chocolate-covered Strawberries are just a few of their amazing treats. On top of their delightful deserts, they are very friendly, and I highly recommend visiting Cotton Leigh! PS It’s okay to eat cake for breakfast, I won’t tell anyone 😊👌🏼
