Little Caesars Pizza

The pizza is super affordable for a quick, effortless weeknight dinner with kids. This location has a drive thru and I normally wait 5 mins or less for several of their “hot and ready” cheese or pepperoni pizzas. You can also use the app to order in advance to avoid any wait time.

I arrived and they couldn’t even find my order. When I finally got home, the pizza was well done—borderline burnt—dry, and tasted like cardboard. It didn’t taste fresh at all. My daughters usually tear pizza up and leave no crumbs, but they didn’t even want to finish this one… neither did I. This was my second time ordering here, and it will definitely be my last. I’ll be sticking with Domino’s next time. Wish I could get a refund smh!!!

Awful experience. Placed a mobile order online and came in 10 minutes later, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes before getting a refund. People who arrived after were getting served before me, honestly just a big mess. Not worth wasting your time

The customer service at this location has dropped steeply. I had a mobile order and entered the store as soon as I had the notification it was ready (I was waiting on my car). I waited 10 minutes for one if the employees to deign to speak to me and get my order. The whole time I waited I saw other orders loaded into the portal but for some reason I had to get mine over the counter, which would be fine if they would talk to you. I asked why it took so long to speak to me and I got a snotty "Because we're busy cutting pizzas" and she walked away. I understand it can be busy but, man at least treat your customers with some respect and acknowledge they're there.

Order my pizza at 7:40pm and was told it would be ready in 15 min. Showed up 20min later only to be told it hadn't been made yet. 8:40.... still no pizza!!! Absolutely horrible!! And this has happened more than once, so we will not be back!!
