Little Caesars Pizza

We had our grandsons birthday party . We invited family and friends , so we ordered ten pizzas with bread sticks . Great price plus value ; everything was ready on time and hot .

Food was cold, could feel it through the box that the temp wasn't right; Manager wanted to run his mouth and make threats; while waiting for out they gave one of my pizzas to another customer so I had to wait for them to remake that one (was still cold). Went home, found out one of my pizzas that was supposed to be stuffed crust wasn't :) gotta love paying more and receiving less

If I could give this store no stars I would. Last night we stopped at 9:15 to get quick dinner after work and there were 2 cars ahead of us. Sat for sometime, heard some honking, no movement. Sat a few more minutes, more honking, still nothing. First car drove off, then so did we. The lobby lights were off and the registers were off. Went back today, at 3:30 in the AFTERNOON, cars in line...MORE HONKING. I got out and went inside and could only see 1 person working. So I asked if anyone was running the windows. The girl said she was. I told her she had people out there honking and she responded "oh gosh". She said she wasn't the only 1 there, but she was clearly the only 1 doing anything. Sat in line for 1hour get to window and it took someone another 15mins to open it and I knocked on it and everything. Think they need hire more help should have person front counter and 1 window especially on a busy nite..

This location is hit or miss. This time I got there and the lady said "I just sold my last 2 hot and ready" ummm isn't that the reason you have hot and ready. They had me a pizza within 5 minutes. Last time I went it was closer to 45 minutes and they claimed how busy they were. I sat in the parking lot and waited so only 3 cars came through. I think they just have some lousy staff.
