Little Caesars Pizza

I wish it would allow me to leave zero stars. After waiting in the drive-thru for a long time with no one coming to the window I got fed up and went inside. By the time I got inside somebody had come to the window to help the next person and asked me to wait. I placed my order and was told it be 10 minutes. 35 minutes later they finally delivered my food to me. I checked and they did not put any Italian seasonings on my Italian cheese bread. This is not the first time I visited this location and had to wait 30+ minutes for food that is advertised as hot and ready.

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and they gave us a plain pepperoni. We were charged for the stuffed crust so I tried to call them and twice I called them and was on hold for over 10 minutes . It seems the restaurants around here aren’t great with customer service…. Taco Bell and Bojangles being a part of that problem . I don’t wanna be that chick but I’ve been in this industry my whole life and I understand there’s gonna be mess ups but every time I go to a fast food place it’s the smallest order and it’s always wrong and no one wants to make it right by not even answering the phone . C’omon guys ! 🤨

Came into the store a few days ago and someone working the drive thru was very rude to my elderly mother. All because she asked for some sauce, and on top of that the pizza was very salty and our wings had little to no sauce. It will be a while before we return…..

Every time we go here we have to wait 30 minutes. You have to pay for sauce with your cheesy bread and they don’t give you even half a container full. The cashier tonight was extremely rude and closed the window when I was talking and left all of us in line sitting there after we had done been there for 30 minutes

I’m just going to say that every time I get a pizza from here and the red mustang and the joker suv are parked out front you know it’s about to be good!! It absolutely was! 10/10
