Little Caesars Pizza

Usually, I have a better experience! Usually, I have a better experience! But today I had a young man tried to offer me a hot and ready pizza that was already sitting there and I advised him I wanted a fresh one. Explicitly advised him because I never take the hot and ready pizza that’s there and I go to this location at least 2 or 3 times in a month. So I went today and told the young man I needed a hot ready pizza freshly made. I did not want the one that was sitting at the front. I go to my car directly outside park directly in front of the door for about 1015 minutes and come back and I get my pizza. I checked when I’m on the way home as I don’t live far but I was already near my house and this pizza is not PIPING hot like it usually is every single time I get a hot and ready pizza.

This business has undergone a significant decline in quality compared to previous experiences. The product currently offered is materially different from what long-time customers were accustomed to receiving. The pizza is now prepared very thin, Italian-style, without clear disclosure or notice of this change. Additionally, we ordered “Extra Most Bestest Cheese,” yet the amount of cheese provided was minimal and did not reasonably correspond to the product description. In my opinion, the labeling and presentation of this item is potentially misleading and does not accurately reflect the actual product delivered. Little Caesars has truly earned my loyalty over the years, and my recent visit reminded me why! From the moment I picked up my order, I was greeted with a warm smile and outstanding service from the cashier, Joseline. She was friendly, professional, and made the ordering process a breeze. The store itself was spotless — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and up to date. This location has been my “home” Little Caesars for quite some time, and their consistency in generosity, quality, and customer service is absolutely out of this world. It’s comforting to know there’s a place we can always count on for great people and a great atmosphere. Thank you, Little Caesars, for going above and beyond every single time! 🍕👏

Worse workers in this location. I walked in and this lady was just staring at me angry. No greeting no smile NOTHING like I'm the one she mad at. She's doing this too all the customers that came after me. Tapping her long nails on the counter. She's handling the food aggressively by slamming my order on the counter. On top of that she doesn't even bother to cut the pizza up in slices. There's like 5 other ladies in the back big chilling and running their mouths and not helping at all. I had to wait 15 minutes for a "HOT AND READY" pizza and crazy bread. I know the manager know who she is. She needs to be gone cause she will have this nasty and distasteful energy every day and with everyone. It wasn't even busy in there and I was the only person in there. Terrible place to grab full mainly because of the manager Who has no ethic or respect for the customers. The Cuban manager, who is also apparently the cook instead of finding a solution to a problem, he escalated the situation and even insulted me while I was there getting in face and raising his voice with intent to fight me. Place wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't for the management there who has no idea what they are doing.
