I recently tried several meals from AthleticsFit, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Kim, the Sales Manager at AthleticsFit, for introducing me to this service. She personally messaged me with delivery instructions and helped me every step of the way — something you don’t see often anymore. Their customer service is genuinely phenomenal, fast, and human. No waiting, no bots, just real support from someone who cares. On top of that, the food is outstanding. I used to have Factor75, and the difference is night and day. AthleticsFit tastes fresher, cleaner, and more thoughtfully made. You can tell the meals are prepared locally with a level of hygiene and quality control that’s hard to match with big national companies. Ive been getting their balanced meals delivered for the past 2 weeks and it’s honestly taken so much stress out of my routine. Everything tastes fresh, the portions are satisfying, and I don’t feel like I’m missing out or needing to order anything extra. It’s been really easy to stay on track when the meals are this convenient and enjoyable.Highly recommend to try 😍😍😍😍

Very disappointed in the food quality. The salmon was very good, except the rice and broccoli that came with one of the meals had a chemical taste and was inedible. I also had a chicken salad that was good but everything else was awful. The steak was so fatty and dry. I couldn’t even chew it. The chicken Parmesan was dry and the spaghetti had a bitter taste. I don’t know how this company is getting so many good reviews. I was really looking forward to trying a new meal service will not be using them again. Updating my review because of the amazing customer service. Kim reached out to me to see what she could do to rectify the situation. She ended up giving me a full refund. I definitely respect a company that stands by their product.

I’ve tried two local meal plan services and Cook Unity and Factor … basically I have tried it all and AF surpasses them all. First, the customer service is unmatched (shout out to Kim who always makes sure I place my order on time!). Second, food is tasty, fresh and varied (many different styles of cooking) and comes with all the right macros - just need a quick microwave zap and it’s ready. Third, I get the healthy plan for weight loss, and I think it’s well priced (at about $12 / meal) and includes delivery to your door. Fourth, they have a loyalty program so you Va earn some perks, discounts etc the longer you use them. Hits all the marks for me!

Athleticsfit is truly a top-notch company. While the flavor profiles weren’t quite to my personal taste, you can clearly tell they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of thought into creating creative, healthy meals. What really sets them away is their customer service—they go above and beyond to address concerns without question. It’s obvious that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority.
