What makes it even better is the vibe. He’s super friendly and creates a really welcoming atmosphere even from a small setup outside. It feels like one of those hidden neighborhood gems you’re happy you discovered. If you’re driving through Miami Shores and want a quality coffee with good energy, definitely stop by.

Bonsai has become my ultimate favorite coffee shop by far. The best coffee or matcha made with natural ingredients and love. His syrups are made organic and fresh and you can taste the quality. Kenzo, the owner and barista, truly has a passion for coffee and community, as he has curated an environment of togetherness. Miami Shores is a hidden gem within the city and Bonsai is no exception. You must try this spot and enjoy the experience of inclusive environment where you can connect with others over your love of coffee and community. Grateful for this spot. ☕️🍵💖✨

Super cute local coffee truck bar in Miami Shores. Met the owner Kenzo, great spirit and energy. Can’t wait to come back. Got a iced latte with homemade vanilla. Loved the intimate environment around the truck. Say hi to your neighbors and grab a coffee while you are at it.

I stumbled upon the Bonsai Coffee Truck at Miami Beach Botanical Gardens today, though they're usually parked in Miami Shores. Chatting with the owners, who are super friendly, I learned they've been running the truck for seven months. They actually met while working at a restaurant and decided to team up for this coffee venture. The coffee is seriously delicious. Plus, the truck itself is adorable, definitely not your average coffee spot. The customer service was fantastic, and the drinks tasted amazing.

I recently visited Miami and came across this coffee truck, decided to check it out and absolutely loved it. It is located at a very nice and convenient place, lots of parking and great vibes. Coffee was amazing!! And Kenzo (the owner) truly made us feel welcomed.
