Little Caesars Pizza

Waited 10 mins for someone to come up front to take my order. Ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas and cheese bread. Waited 30 mins asked where my food is to be rudely told my order is made in the order received. Waited another 15 mins just to receive uncut, under cooked, cold pizza and cheese bread that was burnt

The drive up is super dark. They had a small piece of cardboard in the window. “lobby only” written on it. Only problem is, I had to use a flashlight to see the writing! One of the pizzas was supposed to be the “ Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni”. Didn’t even come close to what the pic on the website looked like.

Spent 15 minutes past the expected time waiting on wings and both of my pizzas are missing most of the cheese on them, it looks like the cheese was taken off.

Truly the worst food experience I’ve ever had (literally anywhere), which is unfortunate considering I’ve picked up pizza from Little Caesars more times than I can count over the years. To summarize, I pulled in the drive thru and was told it would be a 5-6 minute wait for any pizza. I have the employee my card, they swiped to charge, and then they asked me to pull ahead and they would bring the pizza out when it was ready. After TWENTY FIVE minutes, I finally parked my car and stepped inside to see what was going on then went back to the car to wait again. I would normally have checked in sooner, but I had a crying toddler in the car and didn’t want to take her out and back in (but had to anyway). Tried to go in tonight to get 2 hot n ready pizzas and breadsticks. It took forever for someone to come up front. They chose to talk to each other, dropping f-bombs & other swear words. The kid finally comes up, took the lady in front of me order, I go to order and I’m told there are no hot n ready pizzas ready and it will be 25 minutes. Horrible service and the place is filthy. Need to fire everyone there and start over!
