La Crosse Public Library

The library is a great place for families and children. The librarians in the children's section are wonderful. They are very creative with their programming and truly care about the children.

It was easy to locate being my first time there. The Customer service people were very helpful. It definitely needs to be redesigned and updated. It needs more of a Welcoming feel to it. I was able to use the computers and print out all my papers. Thank you.

Very helpful finding books, explaining services, and "print from your phone while at the library, and pick up at the desk." New construction going on. Only complaint is that they didn't ask ME before they started it. Very easy access, no problem with entry.

The public library is truly my safe space. The staff are always so kind and welcoming I have the best conversations every time I visit. I love that there are always new books to explore, and the Creation Space is my absolute favorite. I’ve even been fortunate enough to have my food truck out there a few times on Thursdays, and it’s always a great experience. It’s such a special place in the community!

A must-do for people with kids! The children’s section of the library is a child’s dream — the books are organized in a way that makes it easy to find the obscure book your kid is asking for, there are snacks, amazing staff, and lotssss of toys to play with. It gives the children’s museum a run for its money!
