Little Caesars Pizza

I downloaded the app and ordered delivery for 2 pizzas tonight. It's a mile away. It arrived quickly. I didn't have cash on me. So, when I placed the order I saw that the Delivery Fee of $3.99 was there and then I added a $3 tip. Well, it appears that door dash is used to deliver the pizzas. When the driver arrived, she said that she never received a tip. In fact, she received $2 and that was it. What in the deceitful corrupt practices is this?

It’s pretty good overall no issue with quality, but ordered 2 pretzel crusts on different occasions and did not get the pretzel part. Average crust with the cheese sauce. Dunno if they have the ingredients or equipment idk. Best pizza Lil Caesars has but I can never get it from here unfortunately.

I was just there, I pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there for 10 minutes before I ever saw anyone. When the guy saw me he came over to the window and yanked it open. Open. Say a single word, just stood there. I asked for a lunch special and he took my card without saying a single word. Didn't tell me a total or anything for that matter. Then just handed me the receipt and my card back. How rude can you be? Do you even train these people? And on top of that he's dirty and grungy looking. You should hold your employees to a higher standard when they are handling food!

I wanted a pizza with no cheese and extra sausage, so I went to Little Caesars -- home of the ExtraMostBestest Sausage Pizza! When the worker at the drive thru window handed me the box, I opened it just to make sure it didn't have cheese and was actually sausage this time. I thought he was pulling a prank on me. "Excuse me, I ordered extra sausage," I said, opening the box to show that there was less sausage than I had been led to believe should be on a pizza clearly labeled "extra sausage". "That is extra sausage," he replied. "If I ordered an ExtraMostBestest Sausage pizza (for two dollars less), how much sausage would I have gotten?" Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true 😫. The blonde haired man with glasses who works the window is everything that the reviews claim. Super cold and not personable. After I ordered he handed me a device to pay and talked to me like I was stupid because I didn’t see it was asking me to tip. Really? I’ve never been asked to tip at this location ever and I’m normally one to tip but after how distasteful he acted I just couldn’t. I came here to read reviews to see maybe if it was a bad day? No. Hopefully a manager can see these comments and recognize an issue with their customer service 😅 the pizza was good tho
