Chick-fil-A

This is the best Chick-fil-A around. I travel often and eat among many locations, this one always gets it perfect! The staff are on point in keeping a clean and friendly restaurant active. The food orders never have problems with wrong ingredients or missing items. I am perfectly satisfied every time I visit here and am constantly impressed by the business. Thanks Helena Chick-fil-A!

Service was fast and polite. Chicken sandwich could have been cooked a little longer and the fries were over salted. Dining room could have used a little more attention as there were plenty of employees on shift at the time, but it was not filthy.

I had a delivery order from this restaurant Saturday morning. I was missing a small hashrounds. Not a big deal, but I tried calling the store 3 different times on Saturday and each time received an automated message that they were helping other customers. There was no where in the app to report a problem or contact the restaurant. There should be a better system in place to report missing or incorrect items. Brad Nichols (owner) please issue a refund. Thank you!

Was very slow very unattentive to my order and I do that so I was doing what about orders so time wasted is money wasted they kind of just threw my order at me the drinks were kind of spilled in the cup holder everything was disheveled and felt ignored I know the bag says sealed with care but it wasn't sealed with much care

They always give me stone cold fries. And i come by every morning but the morning staff is kinda rude…. if they say good morning it’s mumbled. Usually they don’t speak at all. Kinda sad since I’m a regular and come by everyday 😕 I need to probably get better at making my own breakfast or find another location to go to in the morning. The night staff people however are VERY NICE!
