Little Caesars Pizza

My food was burning up I have pictures. I wouldn’t even put them stars if I didn’t have to, and I contacted them still have the food in my fridge and nobody’s contacted me. It’s ridiculous.

I wish that I could give 0 stars; earlier this week I went to this location and placed an online order. They took the money off my card, but the order did not fully go through the system. The store staff said that they could not make an order if it didn't come through the system; I had to pay double to be able to get the item I had already paid for, which I am very outraged about....... I have requested for the District Manager to contact me; well, I was just told that the District Manager said, "there is no reason for him to contact me"........ I will have to call corporate back to file a complaint against the District Manager........ So, I, as a customer, am supposed to pretend that money was not taken from me by the company, and forget about it........ Nopeeeeee, not happening!

Wonderful faces at the window. Wonderful pizzas in the box. Only tomato sauce pizzas are kept hot and ready as far as I know.

Ordered a stuffed crust, crazy bread, and a 2L(a special). The pizza crust(bottom) seemed raw or so thin you could literally see through it, it wasn’t cut, and either the crust pounded away from the pizza or the pizza couldn’t come off the bottom of the box. The box itself was soaked with grease… and we didn’t get our 2L. The bread sticks weren’t fully cooked either, you could literally see the wet, raw dough. I took the order back and was met with an attitude from the manager, who wanted to argue that the pizza was cooked but now has to make another pizza because she touched it. When shown the literal issues, I don’t understand the need to argue with the customer. I paid for my food, I wasn’t asking for anything free….

I have ordered from this location twice. Both times I had issues. The first time they charged me twice and I had to call several different numbers and ended up having to call the Covington store again. After calling them twice and corporate twice I was frustrated. I ended up getting a refund, but I had to be ugly to get anything done. Second time I ordered the brownie and didn’t receive it and you can’t get through to the store.
