Little Caesars Pizza

Normally not bad, normal little ceasars, but this seems to be happening a lot based on other reviews. Ordered on the app. Got email that said my order was ready. Showed up and still waited 25 minutes for my order because they had given part of it out to someone else. Not really managed well right now. They were unwilling to make it right. They also gave out the part of my order I was waiting for to 2 walk ins in a row before acknowledging me at all. I originally gave 3 stars because it usually isn't bad but the customer service here earns 1 star. The "manager" instead of trying to make it right turned and walked away.

Ordered ahead on the app, two pizzas and some cheesesteak puffs. Go in when the order is supposed to be done and was told that the pizza was ready but they didn’t have the puffs. They had been given out to someone who came in ahead of us. We were told that we could wait and they would make us some while our pizza sat there to get cold. We had them refund the order because we couldn’t wait any longer and didn’t want cold pizza. This not only happened once but twice in less than a week. What’s the point of ordering ahead in the app if you can’t get you entire order??

Lil Cesar’s has gotten so bad. Their pizza lately has been burnt, hard, barely any sauce, really dry, & tonight just took the cake. Ordered a pretzel pizza & breadsticks online at 8 pm, got to the store at 8:15. They said they put it in the oven at 8:20. They kept giving our pizza away and kept saying 7 more minutes, 5 more minutes, 5 more minutes, over and over. Couple people came back in and saying this isn’t what I ordered. They remade my pizza 3 or 4x. It took OVER an HOUR to get one pizza & breadsticks… I told my sons I’m not going back. This is ridiculous. A month ago it took 35 minutes to get a pizza and I thought that was bad, it was nothing compared to tonight!

Their system can suck. 10 people in line out the door, 1 checker, 8 kitchen workers. Half the time there’s no hot and ready pizzas. 1 time I ordered and my pizza was fresh and hot but my side was old. Old and stale

Every time we go in there for dinner it's always a 15-20 minute wait for classic pizzas. They know it's the busy time of the day so they should have lots of them ready, very disappointing
