Little Caesars Pizza

After picking up my order and getting the new philly cheese steak "puffs" I wasn't as pleased with the whole experience. They did however re-make them so I was happy with the re-made ones. I didn't like the fact that I had to basically argue with them to get them re-made. I don't like being a "Karen" but, look at the video and tell me y'all would be happy with those tiny little discs they tried to pass off as "puffs". 👀 The whole experience with the guy trying to interrupt my conversation with the nice female employee made me bite my tongue, HARD. 😡 I doubt I'll patronize this particular establishment again because of that. Rude.

Waited 25 min on simple order. Looked annoyed when I came back for it. Pizza looked like they just threw the toppings on it with no care for where they went. Fourth time trying it never going back to this location papa John’s does a better job.

The staff here are always friendly and attentive. Sophi always greets us with a smile and does what she can to help, and our food is always hot, fresh, and quick.

The girl katie was very professional and nice she new what I was looking for to feed my hole family of 5 and even sold me o. The wings you offer.

I always order from the app. As I'm building my custom order, I always select Well Done bake as an option. My order is NEVER well done and the pizza doughy like it's not completely done baking. I've sent a feed back complaint but never heard a word back from the franchise owner or management. To me, it seems as if their business is so big, they don't value their customers or try to help resolve issues.
